Pricing Guide

Offering professional motorsports photography services for race teams, series organizers, and track events. Capture every moment on and off the track with high-quality images tailored to your needs. 

Race Team Coverage

Full Weekend Coverage – $850 per Team

Includes:

  • Trackside action shots covering practicing, qualifying, sprints and/or races

  • Behind the scenes in the paddock and pit lane moments

  • Post-race podium and celebration images

  • High-resolution digital images for personal use

(For multi car teams, please add-on pricing info below, all prices are subject to HST)

Additional Cars – $300 per Car

If your team runs multiple cars, additional vehicles can be covered at a reduced rate.

Single-Day Coverage – $500 per Team

Ideal for teams only participating in a single race day. Includes the same level of quality and attention to detail as full weekend coverage but limited to one day.

Seasonal Package – $4000 per Team 

(Based on 5 race weekends and 1 vehicle, additional costs per vehicle to be applied)

Best for teams committing to a full season of coverage. Includes:

  • Coverage for five full race weekends

  • Discounted rate compared to booking individually

  • Priority scheduling and availability

Travel & Location Fees

  • All events within Ontario do not have a travel fee

  • For events outside Ontario, travel expenses apply, including accommodations, flights, and mileage. A custom quote will be provided based on the event location

Commercial & Sponsorship Use

  • If images will be used for promotional, marketing, or sponsorship purposes (such as social media ads, merchandise, or sponsor reports), additional licensing fees apply. Pricing varies based on usage—contact for details.

Event Photography (Series, Track, or Organizer Coverage)

Daily Rate – Starting at $650 per Day

Includes:

  • Coverage of race action, behind-the-scenes moments, and event highlights

  • High-quality images of drivers, teams, staff, and fans

  • Full-resolution edited images for event organizers and promotional use

Individual Event Applicants Photo Packages - $250 per driver/team for full weekend

These packages are available for all race drivers/teams attending the event throughout its entirety. Depending on the volume of packages sold, ETA for delivery can be up to 1 week after the final day of the event. Pricing would also need to be paid in full up to 2 days before the event to allow planning and coordination.

Includes:

  • Trackside action shots covering practicing, qualifying, sprints and/or races

  • Behind the scenes in the paddock and pit lane moments

  • Post-race podium and celebration images

  • High-resolution digital images for personal use (Between 20 - 30 edited images delivered within one week after the event via google drive link or USB Thumb drive)


Additional Costs & Expenses

  • Travel, accommodations, and other necessary expenses will be charged based on the event location and requirements. These will be discussed beforehand.
